Honestly thinking of finding a new place the next time I need to take my daughter. The front staff is somewhat friendly, but I really did not care for the optometrist assistant. I was told that I was going to have to leave the room during the exam because "children tend to act 'weird' when the parents are present in the room". NO. Excuse me, but my 7 year old is not only scared that she's there to begin with but also diagnosed with ADHD. It was almost a fight to stay when MY CHILD requested that I stay. I have been coming here for a few years. It's not close to my home but I like the service I get. Geisy Ford is such an amazing person and I love her attention to client and service. Dr. Tran is the most amazing optometrist I have ever come across! I am a Registered Nurse and I definitely know many doctors in many specialties. I also know what customer service means and how time is something most doctors do not give their patients. Dr. Tran truly cares about her patients and I have never waited very long compared to many doctors office I have come across. Dr. Tran is really friendly and has a great group of people working for her. Very satisfied with their service.
