I was concerned about the cost of having some moles removed. They gave me billing codes to check with my insurance. Sounded reasonable, so I went ahead with the procedure. I get the bill I expected AND a second bill from the lab they use for $257 (that is a large unexpected number for my budget). I called about it, and the receptionist said she or her manager would get back to me, but nobody ever called me back. Dr. Alison Young is the epitome of integrity, kindness, and brilliance. She is more than just a dermatologist to me; I feel like I’m visiting a trusted friend. I have been a patient for many years and have followed her when she changed office locations. I would fly across the nation if I had to, I would never trust my care to anyone except her.
Dr. Paula Zook is truly an amazing health care professional. She is clearly dedicated to the field of dermatology. Dr. Zook has a wonderful bed-side manner and is very thorough. She has been treating my skin cancer issues for almost 8 years. I have every confidence that her eagle eye will not miss a single suspicious mole !
I followed Dr. Young to her new practice. It's a beautiful space conveniently located. I can't recommend Spectrum Dermatology high enough.
