If I could give zero stars I would, this company is horrible with customer service. I recently moved, and my bill went from $98 to $370, which is outrageous!!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR INTERNET OR CABLE PROVIDER DO NOT GET SPECTRUM, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

They could not handle my request for an upgrade simply according to main office they their system needed to get a service ticket to get updated or upgrade.
They are really bad customer service the had no knowledge the made me cancelled my service then they billed me 130 dollars for nothing
