Quality repair through and through! – This is a followup to the review made previously. At Spectrum Collision we strive to put the vehicle back to its pre-accident condition. This particular vehicle took a majority impact "directly" to the rear decklid. When a panel "collapses" like this, there is a chance that the panels adjacent to it will sustain some "indirect" damage. Once the new decklid was replaced, it became evident that there was movement to the rear body panel. The vehicle was reinspected by the insurance company ... read more

RIP OFFS!! UNTRAINED PROF - TERRIBLE SEVICE AND LOW QUALITY WORK – I took my car for a minor repair on my trunk to specturm collision authorized bmw dealer. My car was bumped on the trunk when someone backed up into my parked car. It had a minor ding on my trunk. They told me they wanted to replace the trunk as insurance is paying for it. Upon serveral arguments I agreed on replacing it. They kept on delaying it making excuse and than finally after 2 and half week asked me to come pick up the car. Lucky for me, My husband ha... read more

Do Not Take You Car There!!! BMW OWNED and DEALER OWNED rip off. – I was recommended by Shelly BMW to go to Spectrum for my auto collision because they were a certified BMW repair facility, as it states in their catalog and practically everywhere in their facility. Well They promised me to have my car repaired in less than a month, but it took 3 months. They Promised that my car will look like it just purchased from the dealer, well it wasn't. My insurance says that because they are NOT a insurance approved facility, they ca... read more

In all honesty! – I totally disagree with the comments below, for the most part. In all honesty, yes - they do have an issue with returning phone calls. It can be a bit of a challenge getting through to someone when you're calling to check on the status of your vehicle. However, let me be the first to state with great authority that the results they produce is well above par. My first interaction, about one year ago, was when my wife literally drove our BMW 330i under an SUV. Yes, she's alright - BMWs are fantastic in regard... read more

AVOID SPECTRUM – Very bad experience and the vehicle is still not repaired. They now claim damage was there when brought in. Moreover, I now know what they charged insurance.. no wonder we all pay so much for insurance. RIP OFF. Keeping it short, we were misled about the time and quality of work and then blamed for some of the repairs they refused to complete (because, as I learned, they would have to outsource). They took a straighforward job and took 8 weeks and screwed it up, then another few days and screwed it up with n... read more

Best repair facility! – I recently got my 645Ci fixed at Spectrum Collision and I am extremely happy with the results. Not only was there great customer service but when I got my car back it looked BRAND NEW! With as much damage that was done to the car I didn't think there was any hope of my baby being back to perfect but it was! Yes the repairs took awhile but I understand that putting a car back together is a task but it was well worth the wait. I would recommend Spectrum Collision to anyone with a BMW that needs repairs!

Bad Experience – I definitley agree with the man below. I had a small fender bender to the right side of my car, there would be no large accident repairs. You would think it would take a month and a week at most but NO, it took them two months to fix this small problem. They also falsly claimed every week that my car would be done at the end of the week, after the first month, then claiming they are still missing parts. Every week they called telling me my car is in progress and that it would be done at the end of the week, t... read more

STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! – After a minor accident, I was referred to this place by a local BMW dealership. Spectrum Collisions boasts of its specialty in BMWs and other luxury cars, so you'd ASSUME that they'd treat their service and customers with the same class. You assume wrong. It only took me 4 months, a lot of excuses, and a lot of grief later to see my car again. Even down to the very last day of their promised delivery, they still managed to be "missing a part" and blamed it on the dealership from... read more
