They NEVER answer the phone. They will get an authorization on your child’s insurance and don’t provide any services. I’ve been calling trying to get them to cancel this authorization so my child can actually get aba from a real center and no one picks up the phone. This is ridiculous I feel like I’ve been scammed. Please yourself the trouble DO NOT TAKE THIS COMPANY SERIOUS!.
