⭐ ZERO STARS. Negative stars if I could. If you’re considering buying in a community managed by Spectrum Association Management, BEWARE. Months of runaround for a simple shed. They’re demanding a property document that wasn’t provided when the home was purchased and, according to the County Clerk, isn’t even on record, yet they still enforce the requirement with no solution. Christy Moore helped expedite my SunRun solar panels and battery approval. Very helpful with the bills getting so expensive so fast.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This HOA is quick to send violation notices but nearly impossible to reach when homeowners need help. They repeatedly harassed me over my work van, claiming it violated HOA rules when it never did. Even after I proved it complied, the notices continued. Meanwhile, there are multiple similar vans with commercial graphics and other obvious violations throughout the neighborhood that go ignored. The selective enforcement is unacceptable.
