First off I’ve been using spectrum Air for about 10 years. Mainly just for maintenance to stay on top of things. I had an issue today with my blower motor. After I find out that when we purchased the Home the company that installed it never registered my unit. I don’t want to mention names, but it was not spectrum Air. Which is now Arctic Air. Can’t say enough about the customer service and technical support from Spectrum/Artic Air. Same day response for blower issue, Brandon S. diagnosed the problem. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and informative. Shannon was also very easy to work with on the phone. We highly recommend and are thankful to have a service contract with Spectrum.

Spectrum service was incredible. From the scheduler to Joshua M everyone was very customer oriented. Josh was particularly impressive. He was knowledgeable, personable and very efficient. I highly recommend them

Spectrum air came out to do a semiannual service of HVAC system. Franz was the technician. I have to say he was the most knowledgeable and professional technician that has ever serviced our system. He was beyond excellent!! I urge anyone getting their system serviced ask for Franz I know I will!!!!!!
