I'm on here specifically to celebrate the professional and courteous service by Frantz the technician who has been to my home two times for the air conditioning. He takes the time to explain things and goes above and beyond. Thank you!
Franz was the tech who came out. I was in a bit of a rush to catch my ride to the airport and Franz diagnosed my issue in 15 seconds and got my AC up and running very quickly. I appreciated his sense of urgency. Thank you Spectrum and Franz.
Yesterday, my AC went out and my house ended up getting to be 90° inside. It was horrible! After calling Spectrum A/C, they were at my house within 20 minutes and fixed the problem within five. The AC was back up and running in no time! By far the best HVAC company that I have ever dealt wirh. I would highly recommend them.
