Josh saved our vacation. AC was not working in our condo. Josh analyzed and repaired the outside AC Unit and now we have AC.
We were extremely happy with the service and technician we received, they came out twice on moments notice. Our A/C wasn’t working and were in WI they called us when got to property called us when they got there and when they left, and what was found out, great communication. Highly appreciated and recommend their service.
How lucky we were to be assigned to Frantz today for our emergency call. Very thorough, super communicative and fixed things in a jiffy. Signed up for maintenance plan because of his explanation. Feeling very good about trusting his care and expertise. Thx to Shannon for getting us booked so quickly.
