Cole arrived on time, was very pleasant and informative.
MJ was my technician. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Artic Air was recommended by a neighbor and I am glad I listened. From the office staff to the work on my air conditioner and installing a surge protector I am very happy and will continue to be a customer!
Updating this review because Spectrum was purchased by Arctic. Unfortunately the service was not the same as it was under Spectrum. The technician was selling repairs that were not needed and used dishonest tactics. Got a second opinion next day from another company and only 1 of the 3 services was actually necessary.
