We really appreciate the service on our two air conditioners by Josh. He was courteous, respectful, careful, professional, willing to explain what he was observing/diagnosing and how he planned to repair and clean/unclog. He gave good advice on how we should handle the air filters, also. Josh is a very smart professional technician, and we appreciate his work to get our 2 ACs working!

Oscar and Jorge were my techs, they were very knowledgeable, fast, they explained what they were doing, answered all my questions in a professional manner.
Spectrum provided thorough service both on inside & outside HVAC units. Coils had some bacterial overgrowth on air handler which Ben cleaned thoroughly. He vacuumed out the “ elephant snot” residue Very good experience
