In deperate need of more rooms, more workers, and whatever else they need to address their seemingly everpresent 2-3 hour wait to even be seen at the emergency room. You'd get help faster going to the DMV. If you can drive to Zeeland's corewell hospital instead, drive there and save yourself the time.

Don’t give proper pain medication and don’t even make sure their patients are receiving their IV’s. 3.5+ hour wait even though patients are in extreme pain, they go based off the order each patient came in. Don’t even inform you that your family member has their own room until I ask and they let us know they have been by themselves for almost an hour. Nurses were kind but they’re operating system seems horrible, and they seem overworked . Would highly recommend going to Trinity Health emergency instead.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how we were treated in the emergency room. There was zero organization or priority given to the patients — we were placed in a line (for well over 30 minutes) and were never even asked what brought us in. The security and staff laughed and joked all whilst patients of varying needs were just lined up. Once “checked in” we were sat in a room where people were brought back for blood work/other tests and then brought right back out.
