Constantly understaffed. Sitting in the waiting room with a life of death situation. Same with the other 4 people in the waiting room. Even though hardly ANYONE is here, no one is being called back. People have left to go to other hospitals. MY issue is time sensitive. I could die. And it's ALWAYS like this. They are ALWAYS understaffed. ALWAYS. They need more doctors, mom has not been able to eat since yesterday and it’s already 3pm the following day. They keep saying Doctor will come in and they never do.
If I could give a zero star review I would. I came in at 9am for symptoms of a stroke and waited 20+ minutes just to be seen and given a vitals check. After describing my chest pain and other issues that took my blood and another vitals check. Then I waited an hour and a half for my doctor to come back and tell me contradictory info. He would say "your thyroid and ekg came back with elevation problems but that doesn't mean you had a heart attack, in my opinion its anxiety." One, excuse me? I Dobt feel like they care,I feel judged, and discriminated against, ive been mistreated ,and reached out to patient relations,and They didn't care.how I was mistreated, and talked down to by a dr an many more..The Nurses are very caring and loving
