I was given a notice to quit for pet attracting rodents when the place smelled like rotting rodents in the kitchen walls upon move in. I was harassed by maintenance and I was ignored on this complaint to leasing staff. All appliances leaked: bathroom sink, the toilet leaked, dishwasher mid cycle, and the washing machine mid cycle as well. My electric bill was surged and only temporary quick fixes were done.
