I toured an apartment here virtually with Alexis. The application process was pretty simple, and I was able to move in within two weeks. Since then, the only issue I had was with the A/C, but maintenance came and fixed it the day of. The amenities are great and parking is super convenient.

I just moved in but the handling of my experience, from my initial tour, deciding on which apartment exactly and then finalizing the lease...Property Manager Alexis was and is amazing. The Spectre speaks for itself. In a great, quiet area, surrounded by businesses. Plenty of street parking or you can use two parking garages for an extra fee. Amazing amenities, beautiful and well maintained apartments. Building is very secure with plenty of cameras. Five stars in my opinion...
