Employee gave an attitude today saying to be there by 3 pm to pick up. But even being there by 3 it's taken staff over 25 mins to bring out the child. So I would appreciate it if they hold the attitude before I send real inspectors in their to see how you're treating the children. Comprende? Also As I have read older comments you guys don't even fully read what they had to say. One lady was saying how you made her pay for appointments they didn't even want scheduled.
