First rate experience. Eye exam was comprehensive and very informative. Knowledgeable and patient staff assisted with choosing frames and lens package.
Staff were more than helpful and optometrist was fantastic! Would definitely recommend
This place is extremely overpriced compared to other optical stores. The frames and lenses were quoted much higher than what I’ve seen elsewhere, and it felt like they were constantly trying to push more expensive options. For the price they charge, the service and selection didn’t justify the cost. I ended up finding another optical store at the Pen Centre mall called Optique that had much better pricing and more reasonable options and the girls at the front are so much nicer.
ive been a client here since 2022, always have great appointments with the eye doctor and the receptionists. great selection of glasses.
