My husband left his contacts at home while we were on vacation. He called Spectacle and explained the situation, and they were so helpful. They gave him a free trial pair with solution and a case and refused to accept any money. Beyond grateful for their generosity and excellent customer service!
From start to finish, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. They were very kind, and the store was clean/well-organized. Lots of variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from. They offer Saturday appointments, which is great and accommodating. Ashley was incredibly helpful with direct billing and assisting my husband and I choosing our glasses. Thank you 😊
