I’m visiting Niagara Falls from out of province for the very first time, and I honestly can’t express how thankful I am for the incredible staff and doctors here. This morning was terrifying. I’m new to wearing contact lenses, I got them just for this trip, and one of them got completely stuck in my eye. It was red, burning, and I could actually feel it stuck there. Imagine, you go to this place and pay a $100 or whatever for an eye test, then they order contact lenses for you, but when they come in, they ask you to go to a different city (Welland) so they can have a doctor show you how to put them in. You can’t make it to Welland, so you have no choice, but to agree to be late for work and go to Niagara Falls store on Monday. This was my first time visiting Spectacle Clinic and it was a wonderful experience. They were warm and welcoming from the minute I walked through the door. I saw Dr. Kim for my eye exam. She is attentive and explains everything in detail. I’m always confident that I am receiving the very best eye care. I then purchased a pair of prescription sun glasses and everyone was so nice helping me pick out a pair that was just right for me. They were kind and helpful and my experience overall was 10/10! I will be returning!
Wonderful experience .. excellent staff .. very helpful and friendly.. I will be going back!
