I Had such a great experience at Specsavers thanks to Mitra! She was absolutely lovely — super friendly, supportive, and had a great sense of humour which made the whole visit actually enjoyable. She gave me really helpful advice when picking out my glasses and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all. Just genuine, honest guidance and a few good laughs along the way! The staff was so so nice and funny. Almost Every worker asked if I had someone help me, the customer service was very good on my trip. The person that helped me was great, let me know about the deals and explained stuff great without any pressure to go for the sales, I did end up going for the sale and I think compared to other places it was a great option. Haven’t received my glasses yet. Edit: took 16 days from the day I bought them, including weekends and I think a holiday Monday. And I think they are great glasses.
