The manager has really helped us especially today with just a slight mishap that we had. We had to end up change up some glasses which would have cost us more yet he was able to fix the fee for us to help accomodate which was incredible especially due to our situation financially right now. Thanks for always being the best spec savers always recommending you guys as per usual. Look for 007 manager 😁

The service was amazing! I was assisted by Mitra who pays a lot of attention to my questions and very caring. She very pleasant and knowledgeable. I switched to Specsaver from the other store at the mall basically because of the services and staff accomodation based on my experiences. I had high end pair of glasses before at the other store but got more comfortable with more clear pair in so much cheaper price. All the staff were amazing and attentive. I am glad I found this store.
What a wonderful experience. The lady at the front counter was very pleasant and directed me to Sherise who repaired my elderly fathers glass frames at no charge as well as new nose pads and cleaning of the lenses all within a half hour of arrival. Sherise was wonderful to talk with and very understanding of the situation. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to do business here.
