Had a wonderful shopping experience at Specsavers on Queen’s Quay and Jarvis. Salesperson Tara gave expert advice and was very helpful in picking out the right glasses and sunglasses and ensured I got a great price. Overall excellent service - thank you Specsavers!
Finally found a pair of black oversized eyeglasses! The deals were great too, I was able to get them along with a pair of sunglasses. The only downside is that there wasn’t a wide variety of sunglasses to choose from. However, the staff were incredibly patient, attentive, and gave me plenty of time to find the pair I preferred. The location is also very convenient, as it’s just downstairs from Loblaws.
Got glasses the other day and had a great experience. Tara was very helpful and the overall visit to the store was pleasant!
It was a wonderful experience shopping at this location. Great range of frames available, and Nazanin was incredibly helpful throughout the process of choosing and ordering the new pair of glasses.
