All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Going in as a family of four the staff helped us while still making sure to assist other people coming in. They made sure people were not waiting like other optical (competitor) locations.

Specsavers Bonnie Doon mall is a great place to get glasses at an affordable price. I was able to get two pairs for less than I would one pair at other places.
