Wasn't satisfied with the service , when I ordered my glasses the guy said it will take up to 7 days but 14 days later stil havent heard from them , I went in and they said it's not ready yet , should be ready in a few days but a few days later they rang me and said they couldn't find the records of my payment , they asked me to bring in the receipt and now 3 weeks since I ordered stil no glasses
Optometrist was very nice and explained to me really well how to use and for contacts
Rude staff on more than 1 occasion
Was really pleased with the service and staff were very pleasant and friendly! You can never go wrong with Specsavers.
