Abby who is the manager in Hervey Bay is fantastic. The whole team was professional and friendly. I normally don’t do reviews but this time I had to. You only find out how a business really is when there is an issue. Not that there was a product problem but more me not being able to get used to multifocal glasses. They have gone through all the hoops to come to a good result. I highly recommend this store for any glasses. Thank you
