bought bottles of terremana, bombay and casamigo. when i needed to do a return, they refused cause the casamigo anejo had a questionable sticker seal. looked new otherwise and took the staff a couple of minutes to realize and another few to compare other bottles of the same product. i didn’t take it out of it’s packaging sleeve or paper bag so i was clueless what was going on. i wish their quality control on what Spec’s sell was as careful and detailed as their return standards. they recommended i examine each bottle before ... read more
