Absolutely loved every visit I've had with them, super friendly staff, great conversations, and very down to earth & informative. They help you every step of the way, guide you through the process. Fantastic service by everyone. My first time I was helped by Rania and Kevin. Both very friendly and helpful. I returned today with a few issues none that was related to my first visit. Greeted and helped by Rania, and then Judy, Tom and Megan. Everyone listened to my issues and came up with a great plan. Not only did I leave happy, but felt I had been heard and understood. Edit: revised review as my experience here changed upon returning. At one point I got strange attitude from the “manager” (because I wanted to work with the associate that helped me before, and she got offended and had to remind me she is the manager as if I give a darn who she is.). The other strange thing was Kevin giving me attitude as I entered to pick up my glasses, then he says “oh my bad I thought you were someone else that was bothering me”. What the heck? I can’t say enough great things about Specs Appeal ! Even after moving from Canada to the United States, I still choose them for my eye care and that says everything.
