I came into the store after I had an incident at work that bent an arm of my glasses very out of shape. I was able to walk in and have my glasses completely repaired in under 20 minutes. On top of the incredible repair job, the friendly demeanour and top notch customer service of both Ranya and Kevin were greatly appreciated. Definitely worth a stop by for either a repair or a fresh set of specs!

I sat on my sunglasses at the beach and broke the arm off of the frame on one side. Irene at SpecsAppeal took a new frame and put the lenses in the new frame on the same day in under 15 minutes. So grateful for great efficient customer service.
It's a wonderful place with wonderful service. All the staff is great, and have been a big help whenever I have any issues. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
