5 stars for Megan! She made picking out 3 new glasses (including sunglasses) so easy. Super helpful, honest about what looked good, and very professional. Her attention to detail and description of “the nose bridge is 1mm larger on these ones they may slip off your face”. Her knowledge and patience with me was exceptional and the reason why I have stuck with this company for over a decade now. I love my new glasses — thank you Megan and the whole team at Specs Cambridge.
Always have a great experience here! Staff are super friendly and welcome as well:)
I came into the store after I had an incident at work that bent an arm of my glasses very out of shape. I was able to walk in and have my glasses completely repaired in under 20 minutes. On top of the incredible repair job, the friendly demeanour and top notch customer service of both Ranya and Kevin were greatly appreciated. Definitely worth a stop by for either a repair or a fresh set of specs!
Kevin is amazing, great glasses place
I sat on my sunglasses at the beach and broke the arm off of the frame on one side. Irene at SpecsAppeal took a new frame and put the lenses in the new frame on the same day in under 15 minutes. So grateful for great efficient customer service.
