My company does business with Specmo and the product is great. However I call at 10am and get a quote then get in touch with my customer to sell the job later that afternoon. I call back at 3:45 to order the part and the price is magically $100 higher with no explanation.
This place is awesome. My radio shipped out on Wednesday they received it on Thursday and I got it back on Tuesday. You are awesome. Customer service is spot on
Took a Sonic in for odometer correction after I purchased a replacement. They failed to do the work and charged me anyway. Only explanation I got was they don't know. Well I know I drove over 100 miles to pay for a service I didn't receive. BEWARE!!!
Had the dash cluster on my 2003 Tahoe refurbished here because all of the dials stopped working. They did a great job. It was done quickly but still quality. I did drop it off so it didn't have to go through shipping and that was a plus being able to do that as well. Thanks Specmo appreciate it!
