Great morning for breakfast outside! ... in lovely Strasburg!
If you're ever looking for catering and want to support a local, small business, Speckled Hen is where it's at. Janae is so easy to work with and will come up with a menu to suit your budget. The food is always delicious, the staff is always friendly, and the service is top-quality. We are so grateful to have them in our community!
Very good food. My husband was over whelmed by the menu, but discovered that what he ordered was really good. In fact, he decided to have his upcoming business lunch at the Speckled Hen.
We frequent the Strasburg RR and I can’t believe we just discovered The Speckled Hen! Stopped in last night for a quick bite to eat! Reasonably priced with great variety on the menu. Their GF options are a plus!! The place was sparkling clean, even the rest rooms and kiddie area. Needless to say, this will now be my go-to spot when we visit Strasburg!
RecommendedBeen here twice, once with a friend and brought my husband here once. Since we live in Etown, we don't get to Strasburg too often. But if we are in the area, and need some place to eat, this will be the place we'll go. Food is good, and quite relaxing atmosphere.
I have to say this was one of the best customer experiences that I have had in a very long time. They made a mistake on my breakfast and instead of just remaking it (Which they did) the owner went above and beyond and provided me with something while I waited for it to be remade and also offered to pay for my breakfast. I would 100% recommend my friends go here.
We stayed at motel across from it and got a meal vachor for there the place was real nice and food was great will be back agin
