Andy from Specific is very professional and attentive when it comes to addressing the needs of my home. I have been using Specific Heating & Air Conditioning for years now when it comes to furnace and A/C tune-ups and they are great! Customer service is always great and I highly recommend them when you need HVAC services in your home.
The tech was very knowledgeable. Price seemed fair too. My furnace wasn't running before he came out and ran perfect when he left. All you can hope for. Would highly recommend this company.
My furnace stopped working on October 16th, 2009. I contacted Specific Heating and they sent a technician to my house. They charge a fee of $75 just to send somebody over. The technician mentioned that the circuit board of the furnace had locked out. He reset the switch and charged a total amount for about 10 minutes of work. Then on November 5th, the furnace again stopped working. I contacted Specific Heating. They mentioned that they can send somebody over but they will charge $75 upfront and then the labor will be extra. ... read more
These guys really know their stuff and are very professional.
They came out right on schedule and repaired my furnace. They were very professional and honest. Four Seasons came out and told me my heat exchanger is cracked and that we would die if we ran the furnace. Specific Heating came out and cleaned my furnace and saved us a lot of money!
Technician came out on time for the estimate, quoted a fair price to replace my furnace. Would recommend! Just like the tag line says, "Service at its Finest for Less!"
