Received product but after 1 week of use, it caused my skin to break out and become severely dry. I contacted this company and left a couple of voice mails.. There seems to be quite a few phone numbers listed for Specific Beauty... I never received a response, however I did in fact receive second shipment which I never ordered (COMPANY TOO KIT UPON THEMSELVES TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD FIVE MORE TIMES). I ordered this product because I am an African American with melasma. Melasma is treatable but it is a time consuming process. I will say I enjoyed the results from the couple weeks I used the trial kit. My pet peeve is that this company, and others, say this trial lasts 30 days. It does not, no way, so when I started to see an improvement, it ran out. Then I had to wait for the next shipment which comes automatically.
