They were very pleasant and took very good care of me, nice facility. Based on services I would have given 5 stars but... Billing - Of course received the call the night before advising my coinsurance (I have no set copay, but coinsurance of 15% w/no deductible). We paid the morning of surgery. After reviewing my EOB I was billed ~$90 more than my 15%. I have been calling for 2 weeks to speak to billing person but "Margaret" never answers her phone or returns my voicemails. I will tell anyone to stay away. The staff is rude and unable to answer basic question. I received a call the day before my surgery was scheduled informing me I need to pay my co-pay before the procedure took place and before it was processed by my insurance company. I asked the admistrator if this was legal at which point she become defensive and and said "I dont have to deal with your legal threats." She proceed to hang the phone up on me.....twice!!
