We have a community well that services eight homes. We were in a bind after the booster pump failed. While we had water from a backup well, the water isn't the same. They said my well was dry instead of readjusting their overpriced equipment. I am kicking dirt and gathering names for a class action lawsuit as I write. We were heavily damaged by their dishonesty disinterest and defamation when confronted in person. The alleged owner warned me "I'm packin, are you packin?" What kind of decent business man leads with that kind of arrogance and threat when justly upset customer challenges his ethics? He impleed he might shoot me! What a cool dude!
Love John at Specialty Pump & Well, real service, real quality, real nice... Maybe not the cheapest but the job we had done to an old pump house far exceeded our expectations - plus they came out same day!
they take advantage of customers. they don't make it right. I would never use or recommend them after an incredibly inflated svc charge and water sample fees. i understand margins, but an 800% markup? stay far away.

Called to find out where to even behind with irrigation pump/well that came with the house. Gentleman who answered the phone was very patient as I bumbled my way through trying to explain what I had and what I wanted. He made an appt for me the next day. JB, the technician who came out to do the work was OUTSTANDING!! He was able to quickly troubleshoot what was wrong and provided me options and pricing.
