S.P.O.T. has taken care of my loved one for 22 yrs. He joined us from day one at the hospital to today. The prothesis is kind, listens well and tries his best to work with the patient to help them live his/her best life possible. Worst business I have ever engaged with. The manager (MF) changed my appointment dates twice without notifying me and refused to see me when I showed up for the scheduled time and date. The prothesis he delivered to me was too tight, had a ridge formed right where the kneecap was which prevented me from bending my knee, and the foot was too long for my shoe. These people did a great job for my son. Made us feel like family and were so knowledgeable. Had an answer to all my questions. I highly recommend these guys because they will take u under their wing, treat u as an equal with true compassion. Thank u guys.
