I’m thankful they had the part that I needed. But I selected expedited shipping as I live in Washington state. And 8 days later, it’s leaving a facility in Dallas. Doesn’t make much sense to me.
Avoid. Ordered a specialty plumbing part and they sent the wrong finish. When I contacted them, they said something to the effect that the vendor doesn’t offer that finish anymore and that they lost $$$ sending the other finish “just to help me out”. Tons of attitude. When I asked to return they stopped responding. All over a $15 part plus $10 shipping. I’ll probably reverse the charge on my credit card just because they were so miserable.
