Hello, I have been a patient of Dr. Narwani for about a year or longer. When I started seeing him, I was in so much pain die to a lot of different factors. Dr. Narwani has been incredible. He was and is a God send. I cant believe I wasnt referred to him years ago. We havent fixed all the problems yet, but we have a lot semi controled. I took my mom today to see Dr. Narwani for the first time. He is an amazing Dr. and human being. He listens with patience and tries to help in every possible way. He is a very warm and kind individual. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him.
I really liked Dr Narwani but found out my second visit I wouldn’t be seeing him again . It seems he only sees new patients . They have moved to a new office and the staff there were very unprofessional and acted like they could care less whether you were there or not . Very disappointed !
The office staff are unbelievably rude! I sat on hold for over 30 minutes two separate times trying to schedule an appointment, only to be forwarded to voicemail. I left several messages and never received any calls back. My orthopedic doctor referred me to them, and trying to make an appointment is impossible! After a week of waiting, I drove down to the office and went in to schedule the appointment. Dr. Narwani has been fantastic with my husband's care. We moved from FL and had not had care for his back since 2017 due to the excessive cost of Lyrica and the constant pushing of pain meds at the time. My husband was super skeptical but Dr. Narwani explained to him that since that time, so much had changed in the options, and that he really hadn't tried any treatments yet!
