Had my injection Thursday having more pain a week later and now barely any use of my arm. Tried speaking to them but they don't call call backs the office manager told me to call her at 2 today and she would only pick the phone up then put it back on hold. Waited for 50 minutes now that's service.

Not even sure how to phrase this. MRI was completed weeks before this appt yet Rowe didnt even know about it, yet she ordered it. Anyways she went back to look at it returned in less then 5 minutes and said my back hasn't changed since 2024. Its a picture its not the pain that's gotten so severe. Wouldn't allow any other medication and if I didnt like it that I could go somewhere else cause your not gonna get it here. Quote.
