Bob from Specialty Meats arrived at my property on April 12, 2017 to slaughter my two pigs. As we stood outside the pen I ask Bob how much he thought the pigs weighed and immediately Bob said 200 lbs. I said those pigs are pushing 300 lb's Bob. He said nothing. The pigs weighed 296 and 298 the day before. Bob flat out lied. He knew with in 10 lb's what the pigs weighed. I called that afternoon to get hanging weights. Bob said 178 and 177.
