Products are always wrong, they do not cut the vinyl straight and take no responsibility. And the customer service is real ad. after years of using them Im done.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! My parents have been buying from Specialty Materials for years, but recently have been receiving incorrect orders. At first it was not a problem, as they would simply contact customer support and eventually get it fixed. This last order however, was not shipped, and after a while of waiting for it to do so, they contacted customer service very frustrated. They were told that it would be shipped the very next day. The next day it had not been shipped, so my parents contacted customer service once again... read more

I just called for an inquiry and the lady who answered was short and rude. It's UNNECESSARY if you don't like your job, quit!
