Great experience. they came out and did some roof work after I purchased a home. They were professional and respectful.
My realtor recommended this company after we purchased our first house and discovered excessive termite and dry rot damage. Specialty Inspections took care of everything!!! They treated for termites, replaced all the dry rot trim, siding and lumber, then cleaned up the job site as if they had never been there! A bunch of good folks that were friendly and respectful of our new home and concerns! You won't regret working with them!!!
