Only open 2 days a week (Thurs/Fri), and CLOSED during New Years week due to 'possible insurance changes' - which forces me to change my infusion schedule by a full WEEK before or after.....can never get through on the phone to ask questions. Staff on site has been friendly, but the infusion protocols are very different than my old (hospital based) location that I was forced to change from by my insurance. Currently looking for another, more convenient location with more dates available for my needs.
I had an excellent experience at this infusion center for my first Ocrevus treatment. Baleigh and Nicole, the staff members, were incredibly helpful and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout the process. I love that I was given complimentary snacks and access to Netflix. The facility itself was clean and comfortable. I'm very satisfied with the care I received here and would highly recommend it to others.
This was the best medical experience I have ever had and I’ve lived in many different places and don’t have fabulous insurance. This place was beyond comfortable with the most caring staff. I cannot recommend them more highly.
