Heather and Alison are wonderful at what they do. They are both warm, yet professional.
I’ve been going to Vivo for over a year now for my fusion. I highly recommend this location. I can’t say enough positive things about this infusion center! Everyone is super friendly and caring. (Allison, Nicole, and Heather) plus they have late hours which is very convenient with working full time.
The staff at Vivo Infusion - Albany are AMAZING! I was so lucky to find them after being kicked out of the hospital infusion center by my insurance. I did a search and loved what I saw. The private rooms with recliners are a five-star amenity for me, coming from the hospital where it's open and less private. It even looked better than my provider's doctor's office. I accompany a family member here for routine treatment. We were hesitant to transition from the hospital-based infusion center, but we are so happy we did! This Vivo is clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Infusions are received in private rooms. The experience is consistent and efficient. The staff is professional, kind, and personable. Our schedule is always accommodated.
