I’ve always found VIVO to be welcoming, clean, attentive and caring
Only open 2 days a week (Thurs/Fri), and CLOSED during New Years week due to 'possible insurance changes' - which forces me to change my infusion schedule by a full WEEK before or after.....can never get through on the phone to ask questions. Staff on site has been friendly, but the infusion protocols are very different than my old (hospital based) location that I was forced to change from by my insurance. Currently looking for another, more convenient location with more dates available for my needs.
