I ordered a Callaham block for my strat from here because they are located in AZ and Im on the west coast. I thought that they would be quicker then ordering directly from Callaham because they are on the east coast. Even though they said they had it in stock and they said the process their orders within 1 to 2 days they did not ship for 13 days from the time of my order. I have purchased a couple thousand dollars worth of guitar parts and amps from Paul at Specialty Guitars over the past 3 years. Never had a problem, of any kind. I will continue to buy from Specialty Guitars as I find Paul is knowledgeable, willing to help with problems, and certainly honest. I am also looking forward to his amps coming out, as I have heard the prototypes and think their great.
When I need it quick and need it right, Specialty Guitars. I have been ordering and dealing with Specialty Guitars for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience! Always professional, always helpful. I live in So. Cal. and like that they were in AZ. My orders always arrive in 2-3 day max. A++++ for any of your guitar / amplifier needs.
