Bought a gold Schaller bridge from these guys by mail order. I got a great deal on a new bridge and it arrived sooner than expected. I am very happy but I did not need to talk to anyone personally. I would use the again if and when needed. Thanks John

This is my second review for Specialty Guitars. I have been buying guitar and amp parts from them for years now. Always had great service. Even got help with biasing my amps. I have a hard time imagining the circumstances in the review from Joe. However, as one who works in the service industry, I can attest to the fact that some customers are more difficult than others.

One star is too many but the least I can give. The customer service people here are horrendous. Been waiting a month for a tiny item to arrive and when I called to enquire about it no one answered the phone or called me back. I called a week later and was told to shut the f*%k up and go f*#k myself by their customer service guy. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again

I ordered a Callaham block for my strat from here because they are located in AZ and Im on the west coast. I thought that they would be quicker then ordering directly from Callaham because they are on the east coast. Even though they said they had it in stock and they said the process their orders within 1 to 2 days they did not ship for 13 days from the time of my order.
