Unfortunately I previously never had a problem with this office before but what happened today is unacceptable. My dad waited over two months for a visit with the "retina specialist " (still don't know his name as he never introduced himself). He needed to be seen by said specialist because at his previous exam was told he needed cataract surgery. Emotionless doctor. He was very unwelcoming
Do not go to this office! I went for my exam and they have billed my insurance for visits that were not mine. Dr Manso is amazing but the office staff is not especially billing. Do not trust them. They take your information and use it the way they see fit. Very dishonest. Not even sure how they are using my information but I have reported it for the lack of trust. Will not go to the office again. Wish Dr Manso worked somewhere else!
