The staff dont seem to know whats going on. I made an appointment after talking to staff for a consolation. After i arrived in Lansing, i was told they dont know who made me an appointment because the dr no longer does this service. The young women who work there have a bad snob complex. You can tell they have no real care or concern for people. The atmosphere in the office was imposing.

Don't like that from Battle Creek have to go to Jackson for any surgery. should let people know that Before they make an appointment.
I would like to voice my disappointment in your office for the service today. I have to come in once a year for the same tests. It would appear that the doctor decided to take today (maybe this week) off and planned it at the beginning of the month. So today, only a portion of my tests were done, requiring me to return another day. A simple phone call and a reschedule earlier this month would have saved both time and money on my part.
