The staff dont seem to know whats going on. I made an appointment after talking to staff for a consolation. After i arrived in Lansing, i was told they dont know who made me an appointment because the dr no longer does this service. The young women who work there have a bad snob complex. You can tell they have no real care or concern for people. The atmosphere in the office was imposing.
RecommendedI believe you have to be referred to go here. I went for cataract surgery. Everyone is so nice and was especially considerate since I was.so nervous. I highly recommend.
