This was my first visit to Specialty Eye Institute. Everyone from the front reception area to Dr Klumpp was wonderful. Testing was very thorough & professional. Thank you for taking excellent care of me! I would recommend highly.
I was referred to SEI’s Kalamazoo office in February, as my previous retinal specialist was closing their office. I am self-insured and also qualify for a drug company copay program. SEI made copies of both my insurance cards on my first visit. I have since gotten three injections for my wet AMD at the Kalamazoo & Battle Creek offices. So far SEI’s offsite billing department, which I have called repeatedly has not sent any claims to my secondary insurance for my copays.
