Very friendly and noligable staff and equipment and doctor explained everything so I could understand.
I saw Dr Stern at the Kalamazoo location. Tai, the technician, was very kind, patient, and efficient when checking my eye pressures and visual acuity. She explained everything before she took my retinal pictures. Dr. Stern was very professional, kind, and explained the status of my macular degeneration well. Jada, the receptionist, was very helpful when I asked to have my current medical records faxed to my optometrist. I recommend this practice for patients with macular degeneration.
