The whole surgery went quickly and effectively. Dr.Jarvi made sure I understood the process and made me fell comfortable. I was so anxious getting surgery done on my eye. And going into the second surgery I feel completely at ease.
The whole staff is friendly. They are very helpful also. Their knowledge in their field is excellent. Dr Manu talks to you & explains things to you. The nurse that pre-test your eyes tells you everything they are doing & whatever the eye test machine you are on, they tell you what it’s for.
Cheerful competent and comfortable. Willing to explain apparatus/ tests used, and easy to schedule next appointment.
Staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The Dr. was very personable and explained things well. Not a fan of the automated check in tho.
