I had an awesome visit at the specialty eye institute yesterday. It didn't take long and everybody was so friendly. I love my Doctor she is very thorough... Awesome visit !!!
Dr Crapotta,Becky ,and Everlee(sp?) were great! Professional, courteous and made me feel at ease! Would be five stars but they had a scheduling snafu that resulted in 2 rescheduled appointments. Once I finally got in everything was grest!
The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were friendly and explained everything exceptionally well. I would highly recommend these people to anyone.
Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Optician assistant was pleasant and made me feel comfortable while administering eye tests. Dr.was professional and pleasant and interpreted my results in a way that I could understand and made me feel comfortable with my eye exam results.
Doctor Crapotta is a wonderful compassionate doctor, who helps our 103 year old mother, to continue to see!
