My first time for a eye check up in 15 years ( only 37 years old ) appointment time was at 10:30 AM ( got there at 10:20 am ) approached the front desk told them about my presents ( waiting area had at list 6 others , mainly elders waiting ) they finally got to me about 10:50am asked for my insurance and id cars so i handed to them then i was asked for $250 + $8 copay to be charged on my credit card for no more then 2weeks of time until they can bill my insurance company and refund the $250 back to my card. so i paid and abo... read more
this office is a joke.....they are so unorganized the staff does not know what they are doing and thier customer service is awful they act like you owe them something. if you have a elderly loved one that needs to be seen by these doctors make sure a someone goes with them do not send them alone they try to down talk to people. it seems to me they are in it for the copayments and billing the insurance. they give appt after appt for nothing just to collect the copayment. i will work in the medical field and i know what it is ... read more
this office is a joke!! they are so unorganized and the workers act like they are better than the patients, no customer service whatsoever, they have you come in for all these appts and in every single appt they do the exact same test i think they are just in it for the co payments and charging the insurance. the doctor H is so rude not friendly at all. i will be reproting this office to lakeside medical insurance and the doctor boards. beware if you hav an elderly family member that needs to be seen in this office make sure... read more
Wonderful, caring people. Though the wait was a bit long, it was worth the wait. I was treated like a family member. I had cataract surgeries on both eyes, and am thrilled with the results. If you want caring, compassionate eye care - this is the place.
I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY DR GABRIELYAN, I ADORE HER AS A PERSON AND MOSTLY AS A DR. SHE IS SMART & CARRYING DR WHEN IT COMES TO HER PATIENTS, I HIGHLY RECOMEND HER AS A DR.
