The dentist is quite nice and competent but the billing department of this office is a mess. I received a surprise bill for $250 dollars 11 months after my procedure (for which I had already paid >$500 dollars day of). The invoice did not make sense with numbers that were not adding up. I had to speak with the office multiple times on this bill because the invoice was written in a way that was so disorganized the woman answering the phone needed to clarify with the billing department several times to try to provide an answer... read more
I received a crown lengthening procedure by Dr. Li and was very happy with the outcome. I appreciated her thoroughness and expertise. I would return for any periodontal procedures.
Dr. Li performed gum graft surgery in 2024 and it was fantastic. A year later, everything has healed perfectly. Thanks!
The lady at the lobby was so very helpful and efficient. The 2 ladies at the front desk were all smiles and very kind. Even the young lady at the computer said hello and smiled. Everyone was attentive and answered my questions. I really appreciated how kind everyone was. Iwas truly impressed. Keep up the good service.
Please please! If it is an add-on appointment or someone that you think can't pay for the services!! Treat them with respect!! I felt like rushed thru my appointment! I felt like my questions wasn't answered!! I felt like the procedure of Deep Cleaning wasn't explained!! My mother just had it and she said it would be spaces between my teeth ALOT OF SPACES!! SO PLEASE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO YOUR PATIENTS PROCEDURES THAT WILL HAPPEN!!
