I am happy with the service I received here. The front desk staff is friendly, gets you checked in quickly and did not make me wait. They accept my insurance and are centrally located. The care team (xray, hygienist, dentist, implant surgeon, and billing coordinator) were all friendly, competent, moved quickly, didn’t make me wait, and all made me feel like I was getting quality care I could trust. I had a major dental procedure done with Dr. Jean Li yesterday at her Rockville office. The procedure went well and was relatively painless. So far, the recovery has been smooth, and I am very grateful that I found her to be my periodontist. A couple of weeks ago, I met Dr. Li for the first time for a consultation regarding periodontal disease.
