I called Adam totally out of the blue when Firestone tried to charge me an astronomical amount for a repair. Adam was really friendly, informative, explained everything to me in detail and was easy to get in contact with. He kept me informed during the whole process of my car getting checked out through the repair. It also took him less than 24 hours to replace my AC compressor and fix a few other issues. He charged a fair price, I was able to pay online, he was very accommodating.
