By far the worst group I've had to deal with. I got a phone call that one of my son's labs came back elevated and we needed to do a 24 hour urine. Go to the CPL to pick up orders and jug...they don't have either. Wait there for 45 minutes trying to get a nurse or someone on the phone to send them and never could get anyone to pick up. The manager at CPL told me they are the hardest to get on the phone. So I have to leave without what I needed. This was 30 minutes out of my way for nothing. We love our doctor but thats it,the front desk staff is lazy and incompetent ! You can never get a call back in a timely manner, and the lab closes early and always messes up our lab orders or forgets to run a test. They definitely need to work on their customer service. If I walk in with a lab specimen well before you close, there is no excuse why you can't accept it . Our pediatrician has been waiting weeks for a copy of labs and I have left numerous messages and what a surprise that I have not received a call back. I miss... read more
