I would not recommend Specialized Property Care if you want reliable service for sprinkler setup/management, lawn fertilization, weed control, and to be treated like the paying client. I've never been treated so poorly as a client than I was by Charles, the owner. On the first fertilization and pre-emergent application, the lawn tech sprinkled the herbicide and fertilization all over the driveway and sidewalk and forgot to blow it off.
