I brought SPT in for a second opinion after receiving an estimate from another contractor to determine what work actually needed to be done on my lateral line. SPT did an awesome job. We had several cracked and broke clay tiles, multiple wyes and they were able to get the repair done. They also were patient on scheduling with us, as this was a commercial building and we needed to work around our tenants schedules to some degree. The level of communication from them was fantastic. We will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend.
The men who came out determined that the liner they install would not be helpful. Then they did not give up but tried another machine to clear an obstruction and that has seemed to work. The extra effort was much appreciated.
