I’ve been bringing my child to Specialized Pediatric Eye Care for a few years, but it’s time for a change. The entire facility feels outdated — from the worn-out seating to the old TV that barely works. The real frustration, though, is their bizarre scheduling system. Me and my son have to wait very long time for just routine check up. Staff is very irresponsible and rude. They don't care about client's time. Please avoid this clinic.
We have to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for 20 minutes appointment. Staff and Dr didn't even apologize. Today They loose one more client and I am sure they don't care. We will never go back this place.
