Don't use this service. They have a policy of not scheduling the OT in advance. The therapist just shows up whenever she is available and expects you to be there, eventhough you had a previously-scheduled doctor's appointment they would have known about had they contacted me in advance. You leave messages for a manager to call you, and they never get the message.
