Can't trust them! Went in person, showed them my insurance card and I made sure they accept my insurance before setting up appointment. Two days before the appointment I asked for their referral number but they said they "DON'T" take that insurance. RIDICULOUS ! They called me back saying that they do take it many hours later. They should not need to wait for the doctor to ask if they take a certain insurance. But they still FAIL to give me a referral number for the online referral. THANKS for SCREWING me over!
I've trusted my eyes to Dr. Pass for many years! He's the best. Even though we've moved to Sussex County, NJ, it's worth the drive to Brooklyn to keep him as my doctor.
Dr Pass is a great doctor and a kind person.
I have been going to Dr. Pass for years, and he is a wonderful caring doctor! I am so happy that he is staying in the neighborhood with his new practice! I highly recommend him!
